Before Aimia, worked as Regional Head for the global Financial Services giant, American Express.

Led the design, implementation and launch of the first whole of bank loyalty program in KSA. The program was nominated for the best new loyalty program in middle east in 2015 and won the best loyalty program award of the banker middle east 2016
Co-designed the loyalty program blue print for the largest pharmacy retail brand in middle east. The program captured a massive number of customers over 18 months from launch and won MENA retailer award in 2014
Launched major products with American express targeting different commercial and consumer segments including Amex Centurion Card (Black Card) targeting HNW and Amex Corporate Card targeting larger corporations.
